Shane Haynes

Shane has been in Radio for over 5 years.  He has a lovely wife, Nina, and three AWESOME kiddos –  Sydney, Garrison, and Ella.  His favorite movies are the  Princess Bride, Tommy Boy, and Monty Python and the Search for the Holy Grail.  But the movie he  watches the most  is Barbie and the Twelve Dancing Princesses (I have TWO daughters – give me a break).   He thinks every car should be a Volvo, and thinks every band should sound like Skillet.  The verse he  finds the most encouraging is Philippians 4:19, which in the Message reads "You can be sure that God  will take care of everything you need, his generosity exceeding even yours in the glory that pours  from Jesus. Our God and Father abounds in glory that just pours out into eternity. Yes."

Kevin Tippets
Kevin was raised in Riverton and left for 13 years to graduate from Utah State University, met and married his wonderful wife Niki, worked many seasons for the US Forest Service, served overseas in the Peace  Corps, worked as a house pianist in several classy resort town restaurants, teaches piano lessons, and  more recently became the father of his 2 daughters Terra and Kaia.  Kevin has been a musician most of  his life and has recorded several CDs and loves the recording process and all things music and  technology related.  Kevin feels blessed by the opportunity to move back to Riverton and to live amongst such fine hobbits.

Darrell "coop" Cooper has lived in the Riverton area since his family moved here in the early 90`s.  He is currently NOT SINGLE, and spends most of his free time hanging out with his girlfriend, nieces and nephews and teaching in the Awana program at the First Baptist Church.  His favorite movies include Dumb and Dumber, Top Gun, and anything resembling Star Trek.  He believes  that great emotions can be felt through the power of music and is excited to be a part of the Ledge 105.1 FM team!

I am Wally, and contrary to popular belief I did not come up with the name, The Wally Show.  I am not a pastor or counselor.  I am a guy who did mainstream radio shows for 13 years till God got a hold of me and brought me here.  I am not perfect, and I definitely still have some edges.   I am a person, like you who is trying to consistently live out my faith on a daily basis.  Some days I succeed and some days I fail.  I ask questions to start conversations and, other times, cause I honestly don’t know the answer.  I realize this show is not for everybody, but it is for someone everyday.  I have seen God use the serious as well as the silly things we do to change lives and that is the goal of this show.

Russ Harper

Finally...... Russ has come back to radio!!! Russ graduated from the CWC Radio/Television program in 1995.  After leaving, he worked at numerous radio stations across Wyoming and Oklahoma.  Russ, his wife Staci, and son Devon moved back to Riverton in 2002.  Since then, they added a daughter, Lexi.  Russ enjoys spending time with his family.  In the winter he coaches youth hockey, and is on the Riverton Ice Hockey Association board of directors.  He’s working on restoring a 1980 Firebird a la Smokey and the Bandit style.  At his current rate of progress, it should be completed some time in the near future....probably around 2047 or so.  Russ’ favorite bands are Audio Adrenaline and the Newsboys, and is excited to bring three hours of fun to the Mid-Day Mix on Ledge 105.1!

She never quite fit the traditional Christian mold...he's a former hippie choir boy with a lot of love and a little bit of crazy.   Melissa is a self proclaimed Martha Stewart wannabe who is married with a fabulous 6 year old daughter and crazy dog.  Matt is happily married to his first sweetheart and they're enjoying the adventure of raising three boys.   Fun, quirky and relevant...Melissa and Matt.
